Second Trimester Tips


  1. The Second Trimester-weeks 13 to 28 is the enjoyable period for most women, because symptoms like nausea and morning sickness begins to lessen.

  2. There might be new changes like stretch marks, back pain, trouble sleeping, heartburn,indigestion etc.

  3. Use a stretch mark cream to avoid stretch marks.

  4. Drink plenty of fluids,especially water.

  5. Trouble sleeping is common because of frequent urination , take limited fluid after 6pm.

  6. Getting enough exercise or work during the day would bring tiring sleep in the night.

  7. Don't nap in daytime.

  8. Lying on the left side slightly knees bent is the suitable position to sleep.

  9. You will be able to feel the baby movement for the first time.
  10. Have routine prenatal visits.
