Third Trimester Tips

  1. Third trimester -weeks 28 to 42 brings some uncomfortable times and tiredness of pregnancy,expecting to meet your baby face to face.
  2. This stage is the most challenged stage by lack of sleeping.Avoid lying on your back.
  3. Heartburn or indigestion is common during this stage.Avoid heavy or spicy meals in the evening.Drink a glass of milk before going to bed.Have fizzy water to reduce acidity in the night.
  4. You'll be gaining about a pound a week.Your appetite may be decreasing as your stomach is cramped for space.
  5. Pack your hospital bag.
  6. Go for your prenatal checkups once in a week in the last month of pregnancy.
