Slimming Tips

Slimming is always a difficult task after gaining weight. But if we follow certain rules slimming is not a big job.We must be cautious to some factors.Let's see those.

  1. Don't ever skip any meals to stop gaining weight. Because it will never help. If you skip your breakfast it will make you tired and you'll eat more for your lunch.

  2. Burning up your calories or reducing your calories intake must be your slimming process.

  3. To burn up your calories drink hot water now and then.

  4. Grilling is a great way to reduce fat and calories in meat. Grill it.

  5. Take lots of vegetables in your meal and reduce your intake of starches like rice,potatoes etc.

  6. Chew your food well. This will help in your digestion process and also reduces your intake of food.

  7. Men can normally take an intake of 2500 calories and women can take 2000 calories.But those who are in slimming process must highly reduce their calorie intakes.

  8. Walking to your nearby place instead of using car will greatly reduce your calories.

  9. Reduce rich calorie food like cakes,ice cream and pizza.

  10. Avoid eating while watching TV. You'll not realize how much you ate while watching TV.

  11. If you feel hungry between meals, eat fruits.

  12. Drink a glass of water before going to bed.

  13. Mix honey in warm water and have it as a drink to reduce your hunger.
