- The Second Trimester-weeks 13 to 28 is the enjoyable period for most women, because symptoms like nausea and morning sickness begins to lessen.
- There might be new changes like stretch marks, back pain, trouble sleeping, heartburn,indigestion etc.
- Use a stretch mark cream to avoid stretch marks.
- Drink plenty of fluids,especially water.
- Trouble sleeping is common because of frequent urination , take limited fluid after 6pm.
- Getting enough exercise or work during the day would bring tiring sleep in the night.
- Don't nap in daytime.
- Lying on the left side slightly knees bent is the suitable position to sleep.
- You will be able to feel the baby movement for the first time.
- Have routine prenatal visits.
